Note: Chapter 10 - Public Officer Training Form - Once an entity reports all board members and required staff have taken a Public Offer Training course, they do not need to submit the affidavit until a new member has been appointed and completed the course.

The Chapter 10 - Public Officer Training Form is not required to be submitted in order to be compliant with annual reporting requirements established in W.S. 9-1-507(a).
